If the server is offline, the editor and local calculation continue working. Keep your draft. Saving and generating PDFs require a connection to the server.
If a completed purchase has not unlocked Pro, synchronize your subscription, then restore purchases. Do not buy again to resolve a confirmation delay. For support, provide platform, approximate time and error code without private project measurements.
Frequently asked questions
Why does a piece not fit?
Check usable space after all four margins, rotation and grain direction. The message identifies the impossible piece.
What counts toward the 20-piece limit?
Expanded quantities. Two rows with quantity 12 represent 24 pieces.
My PDF failed. Did I lose quota?
Quota is confirmed only after generation. Repeating the same export uses a stable key and does not consume quota again.
How do I sign in on another device?
Use the same email and confirm a new code. Cloud-saved projects belong to your account.
Why did Pro expire after cancellation?
Cancelling renewal preserves access until the confirmed period ends. Expiration or refund can remove access; synchronize your subscription to check with the provider.
