Delete your account

Delete in the app

Open My account in the app and sign in with your email and a new code. Optionally export your data first. Type DELETE in the confirmation and select Delete my account.

You must have signed in within the last ten minutes. Saved projects, sessions, access rights and account-linked quotas are removed.

Subscription and local data

Deleting your account does not cancel your original store subscription. Manage your subscription before deleting. Local drafts remain on the device until you clear its storage. Minimal billing records and backups follow the privacy policy.

Cannot sign in?

Request deletion by support email. Your identity is verified before data is removed. Do not send passwords, access codes or card details.
